I've been running ads with Shopper Local / RTN since 2013. I've got multiple businesses and we've used their services on an annual basis. We advertise a various grocers and using coupons with barcodes. Our system tracks the coupon redemptions and we have always been satisfied with the returns. We've run ads annually since 2013 and just signed another contract for 2024. I'd like to add that their represenatative, Raman, has been wonderful to work with. He's a great combination of patient yet persistent, and he's been very helpful with helping me find creative solutions to specific needs. Right before the lockdown I had just signed a long-term contract. Raman worked with me and didn't charge me for the contract until I was able to restart the ads. Overall I've had a very positive experience. I highly recommend the company and their product.
This company is the biggest scam and steals from small businesses. After being extremely dissatisfied with them, as they breached contract, I called the number on the card left by the rep that set us up which had been disconnected. That was my first red flag. Upon calling the company mainline, I was connected with Customer Service rep AJ who said he would email/call me back after checking with the store in which we were running ads. He never called back. I called 4/5 times that week (not including the times that when going through the phone menu and asking to speak with a shopperlocal rep it would disconnect me completely), each time saying that he would call me back....read full review
