Not only pumped and cleaned tank but managed to remove blockage in drain coming in from toilet, saving us $$$$ for a plumbing visit. $550 total cost. Kyle and (sorry, forgot his name) were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and patiently answered my questions. Great all around! (And I'm pretty sure they said it's now just the two of them, with no Scotty anymore....).
Scotty made a very stressful situation simple and solveable. He was swift getting here with same day service offering a long term solution for my plumbing problems. In fact Scotty found access to the septic in 15 minutes when 2 technicians before him literally took half a day and still did not find the easiest access Scotty found in 15 minutes. They charged me more than double the price Scotty did. His price was more than fair for the value he provided. You can get honest value for your money and avoid a migraine working with Scotty.
