Today I watched them blow trash and then cut it up with the lawnmower. Then I saw them blow other trash around and never pick it up. Pick up the trash please. I wish I knew how to post a picture. (Amberlynn)

They're determined to tear up my AC unit. Even a little fence can't keep the lawn mower away from it. Broke off 2 different corners of the concrete landing the 1st time, moved the whole unit the 2nd time. Bought a fence to go around the unit thinking that would help... months go by & now the little fence is damaged. I'm so over it! If it was up to me, they wouldn't be my landscapers, but that's the HOA decision.

Ruppert landscape manages the neighborhood I live in. They do decent trimming the yard exposed to the public but as I live in a house with a fence their employees never mow. When the HOA has contacted them with these concerns they make excuses that are not relevant to the situation at hand such as the gate door being closed. I have received a business card from one of their field managers who apologized about this problem over the summer and said that many of their employees lack accountability for their actions but when I try to call the office all I get is a voicemail with no return call after a message is left and when I try to call the manager the number is not in...read full review
