While the financial aspect of my visit was 2-3 months of going back and forth, rescheduling appointment to make sure the expectations were clear, I get to the office and it still wasn't right. The cleaning was eye-opening in that I was told by a different hygienist a year ago that my browning teeth were due to aging and not the toothpaste. Well the hygienist at RTD had more experience and prior knowledge. Before at Ellis Crossing I was charged well over $200 for a deep cleaning that left my teeth with brown stains. Very friendly and professional. Clean office. Jodi did a gentle and thorough job cleaning my teeth and explained everything really well. Dr Walker was great and very welcoming. I look forward to seeing them again.
Everyone was patient and kind to me. Due to previous experiences with other dental practices, I am a high fear patient. Dr Lopez and the other staff members were wonderful. I appreciate their efforts in my experience a comfortable one.
