I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. The competitor wanted to charge me $525.00 and attempted to upsell me on a service I did not need. My realtor referred me to Pure-Line. Pure-Line's cost was only $236.00. I so appreciated the quality of work and the ease on my pocket.
I’ve been in Durham for a few years now. It’s quieter than New York—less honking, fewer bagels, and a lot more space to feel alone. So when my shower started leaking like it missed the city too, I called PureLine Plumbing. I didn’t expect much. Just wanted the drip to stop.
