“Update: I just want to say that I have been receiving care since October 2025 with Dr. Arafat And I just got done with another appointment 05/28/2026 and he is very knowledgeable, Considerate and willing to listen to all of your problems and needs. He is a psychiatrist that I feel really cares about his patients and what they are going through. I am so glad that we crossed paths. I feel safe trusting his recommendations. 10/30/2025 I have searched for so many years to find exactly what I was looking for in a psychiatrist because I am very funny about taking random medications, Especially from psychiatrist that don’t want to hear what you’re saying or take into consideration how well you know your body and just put you on any type of meditation. I researched a lot of places looking for a virtual psychiatrist, I read a lot of reviews on the psychiatrists at Animo Sano Psychiatry And came across a few people that mentioned Dr. Amar Arafat and gave him really good reviews, and I am here to do the same. I am so happy that I took a chance on Choosing him as my psychiatrist. Dr. Arafat is very professional, calm, respectful, Very meticulous and detail oriented And I don’t feel like he just hears me, I truly feel like he is listening to me just as well as I’m listening to him. He does thorough research and tries very hard to match medication up to your specific needs. I am very pleased with the Dr.’s bedside mannerism and the care that he provides. I’m sure there are other great doctors but if you want the one that truly cares, listens and that you can trust, Please give him a chance. Thank you Dr. Arafat :)“

“Although we thought that the physical examination would be done on this first visit, we were able to get an appointment for the next week. The doctor explained to us how the clinic operates. I must admit that it was very good with this initial visit being truly conversational, a review of medical history…a type of getting to know the patient. The staff from the front to the back areas, were pleasant and professional , the offices extremely clean, especially the restrooms! Very satisfied thus far.“
