My first experience today at Oak Street health was quite wonderful and enlightening. I feel as if I have finally found a primary that specialize with seniors and care most of all about them. I'm not looking for special treatment but I feel like that's what I got today I just need a doctor that cares and listen to my questions and give me the answers that I need, and I felt that today. So glad I made this decision to become a patient of Oak Street health.
I always enjoy my visits to Oak Street.They brighten my name.The facility is beautiful and clean.They always have activities that you can participate in.As a guess and as a customer, I really love that they can let you have coffee or something to drink.Also , when you get there , very enjoyable visit!
Although we thought that the physical examination would be done on this first visit, we were able to get an appointment for the next week. The doctor explained to us how the clinic operates. I must admit that it was very good with this initial visit being truly conversational, a review of medical history…a type of getting to know the patient. The staff from the front to the back areas, were pleasant and professional , the offices extremely clean, especially the restrooms! Very satisfied thus far.
