My first Mirena insertion was hell, so naturally I was terrified when I came here to get it replaced. Everyone was so kind, knowledgeable, and understanding. This time I was given the paracervical block and I had a quick, nearly painless IUD removal and insertion. Asya talked me through every step and really put me at ease. I was able to walk out immediately afterward with minimal discomfort! This is a nice, clean clinic with top notch staff, and even though I live in southern Harnett County, I will definitely go back here if I have a need for their services in the future.
I’m so happy and emotional with my experience. The lady at the front desk was so welcoming and sweet, they helped me get taken care of with the costs of IUD insertion. Everyone who spoke to me was kind and friendly. The facility is beautiful and clean. Nonna is the best healthcare provider I’ve ever had. She was so friendly and open. She answered all my questions and made me laugh and treated me like a human being. I felt so safe and connected to my body and respected and valued. It healed part of me that had been traumatized with getting healthcare as a woman. Thank you to everyone who works here and makes places like this possible.
