Morgan and Thomas are very professional and genuine people. We had an old ac fail 3 days before scheduled induction and they were able to squeeze in a full unit replacement for us in just a day. Their price is fair and they did not gouge us even though it was a very urgent. They make an effort to come out to take a look. I highly recommend them.
I would like to thank Piedmont Metro Heating for all of their Services. They have always been on time when i requested service very professional and understanding to what is needed and when it is needed. Mr. Morgan explains exactly what is needed to be done before that work is done so there are no surprises on the customer side. From the initial call to the office through the actual repair, within hours, everyone was very professional and very nice. Jacob and Fabian are the best. I would highly recommend Piedmont for all your HVAC needs.
