I have to say this was the first product my daughter and I could share. I used it religiously. I would order and then immediately re-up. Notice I said used. I paid for 2 Donna bundles. Only received 1 and when I tried repeatedly to resolve the matter, I was told the product that I paid for would be shipped on 04/17/24. It’s a month later and no one will respond to my request for either a refund or the product. I’m extremely disappointed and I can’t in good faith promote this product anymore. My hard earned money has effectively been stolen.

Ya know...I've not tried the product yet. I have tried to place the order twice: once via Amazon and now directly from the site, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER!!! *SigH* I have sent emails and I have clled. The money has cleared my account and it was not cheap!! I have yet to hear back from Customer Service! THAT is my beef! Noone has contacted me... via email or NAH1 Very disappointing!

Honey purbellas products are amazing!! I have yet to find another product for curls that doesn’t leave behind some kind of residue or smell or chemical but this one!! It is the best styling, shampoo and conditioner I have ever bought! I am officially a loyal customer now. The curls products are beautifully smelling, clean, no chemicals and I simply cannot find any other products like this!! Thank you ??

The owner is a fraud. She uses melaleuca products to add to her “own line”. You’d be better off going to their website and using their stuff. Also the owner hadn’t acknowledged her husbands children born prior to their marriage until she was forced to see them. 20 plus years later. Not a good black business or woman owned business to support. Also this LLC. dissolved in 2013. be careful.

I really like the pur bella hello curls defining mousse. I live in Nevada, where the environment is extremely dry, and this product kept my hair moist and popping. However I've not been able to order any since my first delivery 2 months ago. Its always out of stock. Your web site indicated I would get notification via emails when in stock. ????

I've been trying for about two weeks to at least talk to someone and nobody answers the emails, phones...ANYTHING! I just can't not believe this! Won't recommend this place to anyone

I wanted to love this place because of all the positive reviews I read, but no! It took 4 hours for nothing! I absolutely hate my hair. I could have washed it at home and did this style and saved my 85.00. I'm so disappointed. I was told so many good things about the products, but none was used while twisting my hair. The lady was nice, but I will NOT go back. I wished I waited for the owner to do my hair, maybe things would have turned out better.

Where do I begin! From walking into the door to leaving my experience was nothing but wonderful. I am starting my journey and was a little nervous about cleaning up my permed areas!! I felt no pressure but was received with information and knowledge. I CANNOT wait to go back for my next appointment. Also I LOVE my hair and my hair felt loved leaving. I received information to ensure I treat my hair right!

I had dry hair. I was tired of wearing it in a bun. Thankful for the experience I had here. My hair is full of moisture and volume. I loved the steam treatment. My hair smells and looks great. Thank you Pur Bella Naturals! I can't wait to order some hair products and show my coworkers and friends.
