I had a great experience with One Source Appliance Repair. They were assigned through my Lowe’s protection plan and everything went smoothly. From the receptionist to the tech who came out, everyone was professional, friendly, and on top of things. They followed up, kept me updated, and made the process easy. Highly recommend.

Lee quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts for the repair. Came with parts as he promissed and with 30 minutes diswasher fixed. Lee is the best applinace repair tech I know and with great customer service.

Excellent service. Had a warranty claim with Lowes for a dishwasher. One Source called within a few hours after submitting claim, confirmed my appt, yet offered to show up the next day instead! Lee showed up exactly on time, was very friendly and professional. Did an analysis, ordered parts, and showed up about 4 days later with exactly what he needed. Fixed dishwasher in about an hour. Perfect appliance repair experience.
