We've relied on McFarland Septic for at least 10 years for filter cleaning and septic pumping when necessary. I was ignorant of these newer systems and didn't realize the filter cleaning had to be done annually. They also need a five year (max) pumping to keep it working well. It's nice they educated me and have provided a continuous annual service without me having to hunt them down to see when it would be done.

Awesome customer service. Repeatedly called company that took care of my septic needs with no response over a period of 2 weeks. Called McFarland Septic in the morning and by mid afternoon they were at my house! Guys were experienced and polite and did a great job. Highly recommend.

If you’d ask me if I’d rate a septic company, I’d say “no way” a few weeks ago.But I have been really impressed with McFarland and it’s a moral obligation to share this experience.They were reactive, on time, checking out with me, affordable (I should not write that, should I?), communicative (via email and phone)… that’s what I define as a great professional and I consider myself as demanding.Go ahead, they will have your back.Service: Outdoor plumbing system repair
