Management is well meaning, but incompetent. The front desk has high turnover, which may have a direct correlation, but collectively the therapists here are the best in the Triangle. A few are the best I have ever seen.

Victoria was very attentive to what I like in a massage and I enjoyed it very much. She is indeed a professional, and I would refer her to anyone. This was from several weeks ago that I had a massage. FYI.
