They've gone up on membership but still a good value. However the facility at South point has taken to charging a $15 if they are not your home locat it's just not worth the extra fee.

Be careful when signing up for one of their memberships because they will continue to charge you even after you've requested cancellation multiple times. I am now having to process a fraudulent charge claim with my bank because massage envy refused to fix the issue, even when presented with proof. I really wanted to like massage envy. Massages were decent quality and the massage therapist was nice but it just isn't worth being financially taken advantage of.

Loved massage Envy. My Esthetician Sarah was amazing. She made me feel so confortable and guided me to my next step. I signed up for the membership and I cannot wait to keep getting my skin to where it needs to be.
