Massage Envy

Massage Envy offers a range of services, including massage, skin care, and total body stretch, which are vital for overall wellness. Many clients appreciate the expertise and professionalism of the therapists, particularly highlighting the comfort provided during treatments. One client loved their massage with Lauren, noting her professionalism and attentiveness to comfort during the session. Another client has been going to Tashana for facials and describes her as amazing, knowledgeable, and always willing to give advice about the right products for skin care. Tashana's kind and professional demeanor is also appreciated by clients. However, some reviews express frustration with the membership structure and front desk communication. Issues regarding the clarity of service credits and costs were noted, with one client feeling misinformed about their remaining credits. Despite these concerns, the quality of services remains a strong point, and clients are generally satisfied with their experiences. Overall, Massage Envy is recognized for its skilled staff, especially Tashana, but may need to improve communication regarding memberships and pricing.
