She suggested a trim as well which I was thankful for because I’m still new to doing my lose hair. She also praised me for the work I’ve been doing on my hair as I have had some major thinning. I have also had two appts so far with Alyssa. She has made me feel what I like to call “hair confident.” I genuinely feel like I have to tools I need to know what to do with my hair when I am on my own doing it. She is helpful and punctual and definitely a vibe. Also, as a neurodivergent girly, I love that she gives me the space to be quiet during my appt if needed. Like she really seems to pay attention to the mood. Lastly, her work is immaculate! I have had clip ins done and a sew in and I have been in love with both. Definitely won’t be going anywhere else.“
