Then entire Liberty Hospice Team is absolutely amazing. The way they had multiple disciplines continuously follow and provide support to our family member (as well as family members) from the start of his end of life journey to his ultimately peaceful transition was always full of love, concern and focus on his needs and desires. The Hospice Team always had fast responses to any questions or concerns he, or his family members, had. We are eternally grateful for each and every one of you who participated in his care. Liberty Hospice of Durham, NC provided very good in-home hospice services to my ill wife for 2 months. All the service providers - Kiarrah (SW),Priscilla (Aide), Julie and Melissa (RNs), Bryan (Bereavement Counselor) and Meg (office) - were gentle and caring, and made my wife and I feel supported and secure. I recommend them for the care of your dying loved one.
