I have been a client for over 10 years. Brian and the crew have been a joy to work with. The quality of work is outstanding. They are kind, responsible, timely, and are true experts the in field of work;) They are easy to work with and pay attention to detail in all areas of contact with the customer. They care. And it shows.
I decided to upgrade my review to 3 stars. They were willing to send a tech back out address my concerns (regarding a potential leak); and acknowledged they should've asked about the outdoor application of the controller (vs the indoor install). The good: 1) fixed irrigation line leaks as requested (repaired drip lines; indicated main lines had no leaks). 2) replaced an aged Rainbird controller with a Rachio 3 controller. 3) the unit was recommended by Brian...& he was pleasant in e-mailed communication (regarding the request & after I contacted him about the lack of a protective weather box). Note: He offered to assist/provide follow up & acknowledged the application misstep. I declined and explained I would reach back out if I needed to. The bad: The aforementioned Rachio Controller was installed without a weather proof protective box. The ugly: The unit was mounted/positioned in such a manner that the pre-existing mounting holes were apparent (visible). The unit wiring was unsightly in my view (birds nest of unused wires left exposed). Follow-up: I ordered the protective box on Amazon and re-installed the unit with notably tidier results than the initial LL install. The only mounting hole displayed was the one made by the LL installer. I'll go back and wall putty and repaint that area. Note: I've included pics of the LL install & my DIY install. The invoice was 450.00...so I would expect pristine work at that price point (or any...for that matter).
These guys are awesome! They turned a messy disaster of an overgrown yard into a clean masterpiece while still keeping the integrity of vast garden that the previous owners planted! They are very knowledgeable and genuine about passion for landscape and nature! Thank you!!!!!!!!!!
