We had LD Swain come for a second opinion on our ac/heating unit. Not only did they disagree with the other companies assessment, but they were able to get our unit working! Honest and trustworthy, they’d saved us thousands and have earned our business for life! Highly recommend!!!

We were referred to LD Swain by our contractor. LD Swain installed a new heat pump in our home. They identified our previous system didn’t have the proper size return. Now the new system works perfectly! A tremendous improvement. They are quick and efficient. Good communication and friendly staff. Highly recommended.
