I chose Kingsford to replace my windows, siding and gutters from other vendors. Their pricing was competitive with other quotes, their sales guy was great to work with. The team that performed the installation were experts and paid attention to detail. No, it wasnt completed in a day like shop places do, but i can appreciate extra time taken to ensure installation is correct. They kept the jobsite clean during the whole process, communication was great. I would recommend this smaller company over the larger ones in the RDU area.
I had several windows that needed attention and like always Kingsford came through. Perez came to our home and immediately addressed and fixed all of our issues. He was so polite and respectful. As my husband said “he knows his stuff”!! We have had our windows for approximately 27 years and Kingsford has always honored the lifetime warranty.
