JAM Carolina built a custom portico/installed new skylights for our home in N Raleigh and I can't say enough about Chris and the rest of his team. The original build of the house led to some unique engineering challenges and Chris went above and beyond to ensure that we got the design we wanted. He is the most honest, upright GC i've worked with in Raleigh and that alone puts him a cut above any of his competition. The team's quality of workmanship and attention to detail speaks for itself. We contracted Jam Carolina Exteriors to build a new deck in our backyard and had an absolutely fantastic experience. Our new deck far exceeded our expectations. Based on our initial conversations with the Jam team, we knew our deck was going to be great, but we were not expecting just how awesome it would look.
The Jam team was wonderful to work with. They are absolute professionals and very detail-oriented. Led by Chris, the team never cut corners and always had our interests in mind. We were so pleased with the build and experience working with JAM Carolina. They converted an unused deck into a heated and cooled bonus/sun room for us. From start to finish, the communication was outstanding. James and Chris were patient with our questions, quickly answering our inquiries using layman's terms. We always felt we were on a team with them, never that they were trying to pull anything over on us. They were honest and respectful of our budget.
