I began working with Heritage Acupuncture in 2017, after my 5th, yes fifth cervical surgery and 3rd rotator cuff repair. I must admit my expectations were not high, I was in pain all over all the time, I thought my life was over. After discussing my complicated medical issues, to include migraines and vertigo, Janet asked, which is most problematic now, I answered, she said and next, I answered again and again she said next I laughed, answered and shared that I was a retired software quality engineer and it sounded like I was doing a defect meeting. I have been a client of Janet's practice at Heritage Acupuncture since February 2022.Janet is a very skilled and formally trained in both Chinese herbal medicine and an acupuncture practitioner.Janet has helped me immensely to improve my overall health, wellness and fitness to resolve a series of issues.She has provided treatments, stretching routines, and important explanations (when asked) on exercises that will accelerate the improvement of one's overall health.I highly recommend Janet!
Janet Lee is AMAZING! I've had 4 or 5 visits with her for lower back issues and I can already feel a difference! She's so knowledgeable and patient, and she does a great job explaining how the body works and how injuries, age, etc affects that.
