It was time for my heating system to have the fall winter maintenance, and Joseph showed up right on time. He thoroughly checked the system, when I told him oh I forgot there is a valve in the water heater that I shut off for the summer due to the closet where the heater unit gets very warm. He was wondering what was going wrong with his equipment. It was me I totally forgot about it. Thank goodness your company is reliable and honest and Joseph knows his stuff. Such a friendly man and very knowledgeable.

I have worked with Hay's Heating and Air Conditioning for years. They have replaced an old HVAC system, replaced ductwork, installed wifi thermostats, and furnace control boards over the years in both my home and place of worship. Their technicians and staff are knowledgeable and very easy to work with, going out of their way to be of assistance and answer any questions I may have. Prices are competitive. Thank you for the excellent and dedicated service over the years. I look forward to using Hay's for decades to come.
Came next day after calling on a holiday w/e. Replaced and repaired a connection that was found to be ‘house ‘ related , not a problem with my 2 yr old unit I had bought from them. Prices I’m pretty sure are standard rates.
