Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa

This was my first visit to Hand and Stone. I was treated by my husband to a massage and facial, the serenity package, for my birthday. I made the appointment by phone. The receptionist was nice and very helpful. On the day of my appointment, I was greeted by both of the receptionists. I checked in and was given a tablet with forms that took 5-6 minutes complete. The receptionist reviewed the forms with me, then notified the massage therapist that I was ready. The lounge is very cozy, nice decor, pleasant music playing. Rhema rocks! My niece visited from out of town and was badly in need of a facial. Not only did Rhema give her an amazing facial she restored her confidence. My niece was embarrassed about her dark spots.Thanks for an amazing visit and a glowing niece!

This would have indeed been a five star review. Had there not been too many discrepancies about the price for first time client. The website said it was $79.95 however when we got there the price was $89.95 and even though the receptionist try to explain to me the difference, there was no difference I typed in my ZIP Code. The MLK location came up and that was the price that was on the site, however I wasn’t going to argue about $10 but I do believe there should have been honored seeing as I had several screenshots of what I found In several places on the website.
