This has been a really tough year for me with a pelvis fracture them dealing with the flooding . Not living in the area I was looking for diversity in a salon and someone who could help me choose what was best for my hair. After taking information over the phone I was given an appointment with Hope. What an absolute wonderful experience . She brought me to tears of Joy and I will book again with her and drive 2.5 hrs thank you Hope
first time in years getting my hair cut professionally and i just wanna shout out the whole team they are super friendly and welcoming the receptionist was very nice and helpful and when it came down to talking with my hairdresser i was blown away by her ( Hope ) she was such a great help and guide to what i wanted and very knowledgeable when it came to my hair type she was perfect with taking care of my hair made me feel VERY comfortable she talked me thru everything telling me what she was gonna do to my hair and the products she was going to be using super sweet and i loved her booked my next appointment right after we were done i almost cried when we were done my... read full review
I really can't say enough nice things about this salon and their staff. They really deserve 10 stars. I experienced this hair salon when visiting some older family members. One of them has moderately severe Alzheimer's where she can still do most of her own self care, but reached a point where she did not want to wash her own hair anymore, and probably some of it was dementia and some it was because she has a bad heart. Blow drying your own hair takes some effort and I think it became too tiring for her, and I think the dementia caused her to forget to wash her hair and at times maybe did not want her head under the water; this is a known problem that is not... read full review
