They offer fair and upfront pricing for their repair services, and also sell protective cases and screens at reasonable prices. The staff are helpful, professional, and responsive, taking the time to answer any questions customers may have. They are able to fix various devices, including iPhones, iPads, and Surface Pros, with high-quality workmanship. The guys are awesome and super friendly, providing amazing and flexible service. They can fix a cellphone screen, an iPhone 6 battery, an LCD screen, and HDMI port issues on a PS5 very quickly. The vibe of the store is great and they are highly recommended for future tech repairs.
I had a severely damaged iPhone 17 Pro Max with a shattered screen, display issues, and multiple impact points. I got quotes from other repair shops that were much higher than what I ended up paying here.
The technician was honest and upfront from the start. He inspected the phone, showed me exactly what was damaged, explained that the selfie camera and 3x zoom camera had issues from the impact, and let me decide what I wanted repaired instead of trying to sell me services I didn't need.

The guys that work here very nice very knowledgeable Great personalities.. They promptlyOrdered my Computer screen and they installed it so far no issues. they will be my go to. They were quick to respond.
I would recommend Fixlab based on my simple experience. I needed a new battery for my iPhone 13. While they don't carry Apple batteries, I was willing to get an alternative to save a bit of money on my five-year-old phone. They replaced the battery while I waited. Tim, the customer service rep, was polite and took care of the repair in the 20 minutes that he had told me it would take.
