They offer fair and upfront pricing for their repair services, and also sell protective cases and screens at reasonable prices. The staff are helpful, professional, and responsive, taking the time to answer any questions customers may have. They are able to fix various devices, including iPhones, iPads, and Surface Pros, with high-quality workmanship. The guys are awesome and super friendly, providing amazing and flexible service. They can fix a cellphone screen, an iPhone 6 battery, an LCD screen, and HDMI port issues on a PS5 very quickly. The vibe of the store is great and they are highly recommended for future tech repairs.
Dropped off my PlayStation today for some in depth repair and both Tim and Lucas were the definition of friendly and being customer focused! They reassured me that the damages could be repaired, gave me an ETA on when repairs would be done, and kept their word on both! This was my first experience with a repair shop and I hit the jackpot when I walked through the door of FixLab. 10/10 experience.

I had my iPhone 16 Pro Max fixed by Tim in under 15 minutes. I wish I came here earlier I could’ve had my screen like new for months but I put if off for months for no good reason. Highly recommend this place it’s easy to park too. Great service.
