She made me feel comfortable from beginning to end and continuously checked in to make sure I was okay throughout the process. The environment was welcoming, the service was great, and most importantly, I absolutely love my hair! Mariam is talented, professional, and genuinely cares about her clients. When I arrived, the stylist was an hour late. When she arrived, they didn't have the correct color, so I had to wait another 15 minutes before she stopped doing my hair to do someone else's. Then she started halfway through the braid and let another lady finish it, which took longer. I now have tension bumps because the braids are too tight. Do not visit this establishment; the floor is filthy, the ceiling is missing pieces, and there is music bumping all day. Save your money and visit a professional establishment.
They did a very good job on my hair. I got Micros no one likes to do anymore.
5hrs only bc she had to stop with me & satisfy a previous walk in customer & If the phone wasn't there she also might have finished sooner. Stayed on the phone the whole time. I think it slowed her down. But my Braids Look Fantastic & was a Reasonable Price
