What an awesome gym! I was in Durham over an extended period of time so purchased passes to attend classes here. The hotel had a gym but it’s much more motivating and fun to be with other people. I highly recommend you give them a try, if I lived locally, I would be a member. Being 48, I was probably a little older than the average member but it didn’t matter. The other members and coaching staff were great. The coaching staff were extremely welcoming and personable but also professional. They pushed just the right amount and really helped with my form. I really enjoyed my time at this gym. The head trainer, JC, is incredibly friendly and helpful, making this location a very welcoming place. The f45 programming is also great. I saw noticeable gains in my fitness after attending f45 regularly.
A friend of mine recommended F45 Shannon Plaza and I am so glad I decided to join – the workouts are fun and having personally struggled with coming up with what to do while I am at the gym, I appreciated the daily curated workout plans and the opportunity to pair up and workout with my friends! Shoutout to JC and the team of coaches for their warmth and for always pushing and encouraging me – I walked out of each workout energized and looking forward to the next day. It has been a truly fun experience being a part of the community and thanks to F45 Shannon Plaza for playing a big role in my fitness journey.
