Great place. The only place in the area with daytime classes during those 9 to 5 hours. As far as I can tell it's the most active place where you can just walk in and get some work in based on having too much energy which is often what prompts me to want to roll. Was great when I was nearby and the teaching is top notch.

Dropped in to train gi and no gi while in Durham for work. I had the pleasure of training during Robert’s class. The atmosphere is very welcoming, fun, and inclusive. I had such a great time that I came back a again during another work trip!

Dropped in to train here while in town for work. I’m from Ohio and still new to BJJ. Great experience with both coaches, everyone was super welcoming and great to roll with. Thanks again guys
