I am new to the Triangle and just started training at Elevate MMA after training for several years at another academy. It is not easy to change academies, but the crew at Elevate have been extremely inviting. The facilities are great, the coaches are excellent, and you absolutely cannot beat the culture. I think I found my new home :)

I was in town for the day and this gym exceeded my expectations. I went to the Saturday morning nogi class taught by Robert. The class was well detailed he always moved around and answered any questions. He taught 3-4 option from the set-up we learned. The class was followed by an open mat which was possibly one of the funnest open mats I've ever been to. Everyone had real positive energy and seemed like they were having a good time. It might have been about 40 people there at one point all levels. I would highly recommend visiting/ joining this gym.
