I was a patient here for over 20 years and the doctors were satisfactory but since they switched to Millinium Physicans Group, I had an issue with the billing department. I scheduled my annual physical, and I was billed for an office visit in addition to a "Wellness" check. I discussed with the billing department and she tried to explain their coordination of benefits, like I failed to understand how it works. I asked if they billed my insurance for my annual physical which is covered by my insurance at no copay, and they had not; they billed for an "office visit." I've only had one appointment here, but everyone was very friendly and I never waited very long at any point in the process. I had all my issues addressed and blood drawn and I was in and out in just under an hour. Lovely place. I've already recommended it to my siblings.
