I suspect the negative reviews are reflective of the confusing way medical costs are handled in our country and not actually about this facility or its staff. We’ve taken multiple kids here over the years and have always been seen quickly and received excellent care. I’m deeply grateful!
My experience was excellent, thorough, and quick. This was so much better than going to the ER. Everyone that I encountered was friendly and efficient. Nurse Practitioner Brayden and Nurse Lauren provided exceptional care. I highly recommend Duke Urgent Care South.
I visited Duke Urgent Care on May 21 2026 on Fayetteville Road. The nurse Valerie that check me in went on my medicines and I got to ask questions if I didn't know what they were for She was very helpful patience taking my blood pressure. Thank you Valerie
