Patients praise the friendly and efficient staff, who go above and beyond to address their concerns. My experience was excellent, thorough, and quick. This was so much better than going to the ER. Everyone that I encountered was friendly and efficient. Nurse Practitioner Brayden and Nurse Lauren provided exceptional care. I highly recommend Duke Urgent Care South.
I visited Duke Urgent Care on May 21 2026 on Fayetteville Road. The nurse Valerie that check me in went on my medicines and I got to ask questions if I didn't know what they were for She was very helpful patience taking my blood pressure. Thank you Valerie

She answered all questions with no attitude present
