My son William went to urgent care on a Sunday morning because of an infected ingrown toenail. The waiting time was only about 10 minutes. He was seen by a PA and got excellent care. We would return again for any minor medical issues.
As many of us, going to urgent care or any medical facility can be a struggle. Every single staff member was beyond kind and caring. Finding a medical provider that truly listens to you is always a blessing. I’m also trans (my legal name is different from the name I go by). I wasn’t misgendered once, my chosen name was used by staff members, and I felt no judgement.
I was seen quickly and the care was good. I would have given 5 stars if I had been offered a post-surgery shoe while I was there instead of having to request it and make a second trip in. But overall a very positive experience.
