I don't know why this place has received such low ratings. It's well-located, clean, and there's good parking. I was greeted politely and seen on time. The people providing my care were professional, friendly, and kind. They listened to me and paid attention. They offered me options. They did a great job. Recommended.
I had a great experience at this urgent care. I made an appointment, which made the process easy, and NP Sara De Lima took excellent care of me. She was kind, attentive, and thorough. While there was a bit of a wait, it was completely understandable since patients with more urgent needs are seen first. The staff was professional, and I felt well cared for throughout my visit. I would definitely recommend this urgent care.
Dr Levick was awesome he addressed all the issues I had for my son and made him feel so comfortable throughout the whole process he even said he liked him as a doctor. Need more doctors like him.
