They helped me so quickly that it was surreal. Maybe I caught it at a quite time. I told them what I needed at check-in and someone came out in less than a minute. The staff was nice and helped with self check in screens. It far exceeded my expectations.

I came in with symptoms of a strained muscle in my right side and it hurt when I tried to breathe deeply. I was seen by a very nice NP who took the time to investigate my symptoms thoroughly. She suggested that I let them do a test called D-Dimer to test my lungs. My test results were very high and she insisted that I be taken to the emergency room at Duke regional hospital. Folks, I had multiple blood clots in my lungs and leg and was a ticking time bomb for a stroke or heart attack! Three days later I'm on a blood thinner and a new chance at a longer life! My daughter’s school suggested I go to this urgent care for pediatric care and they were right! I took my daughter here on a weekday afternoon for a painful ear infection. From the moment I spoke to a staff member at the front desk to when we left the building it was a wonderful experience. I enjoyed talking with the kind and funny woman at the front desk. The nursing staff was patient and understanding with my daughter. Dr. Betty was absolutely awesome. My daughter generally hates going to the doctor, but Dr. Betty knew exactly how to make her laugh and feel comfortable during the appointment.
