This urgent care it’s amazing. Front desk Hilthia, nurse Ashely, midori, and doctor Rohan were great with me and the service they provided were amazing and professional. Usually with the primary care it takes a while to set up an appointment when I needed something asap and I came in today expecting it to take hours but I was out within 2 hours and they made sure to attend me with lots of care and patience.
They helped me so quickly that it was surreal. Maybe I caught it at a quite time. I told them what I needed at check-in and someone came out in less than a minute. The staff was nice and helped with self check in screens. It far exceeded my expectations.
I came in with symptoms of a strained muscle in my right side and it hurt when I tried to breathe deeply. I was seen by a very nice NP who took the time to investigate my symptoms thoroughly. She suggested that I let them do a test called D-Dimer to test my lungs. My test results were very high and she insisted that I be taken to the emergency room at Duke regional hospital. Folks, I had multiple blood clots in my lungs and leg and was a ticking time bomb for a stroke or heart attack! Three days later I'm on a blood thinner and a new chance at a longer life!
