I was scheduled for an iron infusion and wanted to understand the estimated cost before the procedure. During scheduling, I was told the total charge was approximately $4,100, but I was reassured not to worry because that amount was before insurance and any available financial assistance. I was also told that someone would contact me about a week before the procedure with a cost estimate.

Unfortunately, no one ever called. Three days before my infusion, I tried to reach the financial/billing department multiple times but was unable to get through. I had a iron infusion here today. I was very impressed. Everyone was extremely nice, helpful, explained the process well. My nurse kept a good check on me and how I was doing. I was offered snacks and drinks while I was getting the infusion. I'd give them a A+ for making me feel relaxed and cared for.
