I called for an appointment and asked if they accept my insurance and if the executive physical would be covered. They told me I would have to call my insurance company and take care of that on my own. Not a very "executive" like experience to start off the relationship.

We would like to compliment Christa Rutledge, thePatient Account Associate and Scheduling Coordinator at Duke Executive Health. Scheduling the patients with the various Medical Offices and Doctors at Duke is an overwhelming task and Christa performs it with precision and keeps the patient informed throughout the procedure. It is such a pleasure to work with her when we plan our yearly physical. Christa is only one of the excellent team of medical personnel Duke Executive Health has assembled to make Duke Executive Health such a great asset to Duke Medical.
