Made appt for next day. Serviceman Justin was very helpful and informative, and fixed the problem (low freon and the failure/replacement of a capacitor part). When I had questions and doubts the following day, Justin got back in touch and eventually came by and did further checking and repair to finalize. Equipment now working well.

Bi-annual maintenance check was run and tuned up system so I'm happy. Always am with these guys.The technician (Jairo) was very pleasant and easy to work with CWj is my go to HVAC company. I have no problem referring you to my friends and neighbors.

Got out here relatively quickly and did the necessary diagnostic work to figure out what was needed. While it took several days for the necessary parts to arrive, CWJ quickly brought out two portable AC units to get us past some record hot days. Repair was quick once the parts arrived and all is running like a top. Great service, courteous and professional.
