CQC has done two major renovation projects for us and two for friends based on our recommendation. The results of all projects look really nice. CQC uses an online project management tool which is very helpful. The first project they did in 2018 (kitchen renovation) went very smoothly - 5 stars. In the most recent project they did for us, they used a structure where there was both a project director, who developed the contract, and a project manager who supervised the day to day operations. CQC just finished a 5+ month remodel of our kitchen and laundry room/pantry and we are beyond thrilled! The whole process from the design phase with Tommy and Margarita, to the completion with Justin, Jon and Mike getting it all done, was wonderful. They kept to the timeline, got me back in my laundry room quicker than I expected and were able to do some additional work to get our 25 yr old house in tip top shape! It is amazing how much the completed area looks like the renderings! I was also very impressed with all the subs used on the project, especially the paint and cabinet companys.
