Friendly staff, a good place to take your kids for a hair cut. Loved how they gave a tv on each station for your little one to stay concentrated while getting a hair cut. Definitely going back!!!

The older woman butchered my son’s hair. Patches, missed parts, extremely short when we asked for a trim. Used one guard the whole cut and no blending. She also blatantly ignored my direction throughout the haircut and did not interact with our son (2 years old).

Stylist Brittany did a lovely job with my curly-headed 3 year old’s first ever haircut. She was friendly, efficient, and made the whole experience painless. The fun character chairs and personal TVs for the kids are a great distraction, and my daughter was so delighted to get a balloon and stickers after her cut. Plus, her hair looks so cute, and the pricing is extremely reasonable.

Our appointment was for 245 and they didn't cut my daughters hair till 315p. There were two stylists socializing and doing nothing the whole time we were waiting. No greeting, absolutely rude. Won't be back to this location.

They do a great job cutting kids’ hair so it looks natural and not like an “awkward kids cut.” The only downside is they’re often running behind schedule, even with an appointment.

My son is autistic and hates hair cuts. I took him here and he did so good sitting in the little car. Stylist was patient and kind. Definitely exceeded expectations

We’re giving up on Cookie Cutters. The last time we went they butchered my daughter’s hair. We asked for chin length and they cut it above her ear lobes. This time we arrived 5 minutes late and they told us that we would have to be bumped to an appointment slot 45 minutes later, and then she was shocked that I didn’t want to do that and that I’d come back later. I just don’t have the patience to keep trying after two bad experiences.
