Karim is absolutely one of the best company representatives I’ve ever met. Set up our account and explained how the business works in complete detail. Cleggs pest Control came highly recommended by a neighbor who has been a customer for many yrs in different towns. Every contact beginning with the telephone call to home service has a personal feel of wanting to make sure the customer is satisfied.
I’m a quarterly customer. These guys are really great. They are responsive and easy to work with. Shannon on the phone is amazing and has gotten me scheduled and rescheduled with ease. David is my technician and he does great work and is a nice person. And the hold music is so funny, it kills me every time I call.
