Was totally suprised would let this employee do work for me any time. We talked about few things besides the problem. Made me feel.like we were friends from way back.he got to work quickly, found and quickly fixed it. Explained what was problem whathe did n needed to do, and fixed it fas and effectively.

These folks were responsive, met at times agreed on, supplied an estimate before starting work, and completed replacement of a broken water main in a timely manner while dealing with a few unexpected issues. They were good at communicating and have left me pleased with their service.

I am sure glad there is a company around who still services boilers. My vintage 50's boiler works like a champ....but IF and When something goes wrong...they are there!! My only complaint is that...true to many opinions...they ARE a more expensive HVAC company than many others in the Durham area. But...good job !!
