I made an appointment for Saturday morning and was lucky enough to be booked with Tracy. She is a true perfectionist! She genuinely cared about making sure my hair looked amazing before I had pictures later that evening. She took her time, paid attention to every detail, and never made me feel rushed, even after I decided to add an extra service during my appointment.
I highly recommend Tracy for anyone looking for styling, cuts, color, or hair extensions. She is incredibly talented, professional, and truly cares about her clients.
I’ve gone here sporadically over the past year or two. One thing I have always been impressed with is their timeliness. There may have been a 5 minute wait tops out of all of my visits. And their services never take long, I love that I don’t have to sit all day in the salon.
My most recent visit, however raised the bar. I had been twice, about 4 weeks apart both times I received a trim, and was not satisfied with the results, my hair still felt rough when combing through. I honestly dont know what the negative review was about, some people are just difficult anyway and can be rude. My experience was amazing from the moment I walked in the they have high tech sinks that are comfortable that shapes to ur height and cushions ur neck chairs recline so u are comfortable an amazing wash lady, very clean beautiful upbeat classy salon the owner Jebby is Amazing they actually know what to do w different type hair tell u what u need not what cost more very sweet helpful people that actually care about ur individual hair treatment they fixed what the last salon who damaged my hair did. reasonable prices.
