We've used APN several times over the years. They've done everything from installing water heaters to fixing minor leaks, explaining what they're doing as they go. The technicians are always professional and not pushy as they're discussing options. I don't think we've ever had to wait more than a day or so for a visit, usually just a few hours for pressing matters.

Life always seem to test you, and today was no exception. I was getting ready for my parents to come visit from Florida and my wife was getting ready for a going away party for one of her staff members when she yelled down that there was no hot water. Sure enough, checked all the faucets and there is definitely no hot water at all. I put the maintenance request into the rental portal, and I swear less than five minutes later I get a call from APN Plumbing. Ten minutes later, Justin arrives to save the day.
