Dr. Banes is the best! She was the one to alert us to Dagwood's eye swelling, which we got under control, but it triggered intractable eye pressure in that eye. She was the doctor to remove the eye, which made Dagwood so much happier. She moved from that veterinarian & we ended up having to find a new one. Fast forward a few years, & I received a postcard announcing the new ownership of Angel Animal Hospital, & the new owner is Dr. Banes! I was so happy that I absolutely moved there! Thanks to my prior vet of many years for turning me away when I needed help the most and for recommending St. Francis Animal Hospital to me! I now have the BEST vet in all of Durham. Dr. Banes and the entire staff go above and beyond to give you and your pets the best possible care while being budget mindful. They are kind, respectful, but best of all they truly do CARE! There is never any pressure to do one thing or another and certainly there is never any judgement! I moved all of my pets from the *other* place to this practice and though it is further away for me it is well worth it and I'll not be looking back!
Absolutely couldn’t recommend a better hospital for your pets!! Everyone was knowledgeable, professional, extremely helpful and i can’t even begin to explain how caring everyone is here!! They went above and beyond for the care of my dog Rocky and I can’t thank them enough! He’s recovering fast!! Rocky made sure to thank everyone before leaving too, just amazing. Incredible doctor and staff all around! Thank youuuu!!!!!!
