All Ways Caring

I have been a client of All Ways Caring for several years now, and it is always a terrible experience. The aides are wonderful - if any of them could have stayed with me, my life would be greatly enhanced. But the scheduler, office staff and administration are indifferent at best, hostile at worst. I am at the mercy of people who are, in spite of their name, "never caring". Please help us folks who really need help.

The Aides sent to assist me were fantastic. The problem is with the company itself and the scheduler who has a horrible attitude, very demeaning and unprofessional. If she were gone this company may do better but as long as she is there and has the attitude towards clients that she has this company will never be sustainable.
