The guy was so knowledge and efficient!! He listened to what I told him and was able to figure out from there what the problem was!! Within 30 minutes I had AC again!! He didn't overcharge or make me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about either!
The technician called me back immediately. It was a Saturday. He had so much patience with me as I was trying to learn how to unlock my thermostat. He didn't give up, and work with me over the phone for about 45 minutes. I have nothing but praises for two amigos. Martha
Recently both of my ac units quit working on the same day. it happened to be a Saturday and the coldest day of the year. I called and they were willing to come that night. We agreed to wait until the next day. As expected they showed up right on time, fixed both units on a Sunday and their charge was more than reasonable! Definitely recommend!
