“Yesterday I had my regularly scheduled cleaning. “Meagan” (my regular hygienist) was being assisted by new colleague “Addy”. As always they were very professional, started right on time and made me feel comfortable for the entire process. They even recommend a “water flosser” and gave me some guidance on how best to get one. Another great visit!

The next day (today, 8/14/24) I had an appointment with Dr. Runde to address a cavity that was found during cleaning the previous day. Again, totally professional and made me feel comfortable for the entire procedure explaining everything she was doing as she did it. 100% pain and stress free. Danajiah assisted Dr. Runde and was also great as she prepped me for the procedure. My appointment was at 11:40 am, they took me back early and my procedure was completed by 11:30, two minutes before my actual appointment. I love Loveland’s Cornelius and highly recommend they to anyone of any age. Every person I have ever had any type of encounter with was GREAT! (including the very busy Dr. Loveland!)

Everyone from the front desk staff to insurance verification was quick and easy. My Insurnace was even verified before I arrived for my first appointment. After my first visit I had a detailed treatment plan and got lucky and was able to schedule my fillings and cleaning for the following day. Kandiss was my hygienist and was caring and thorough. The assistant to Dr. Godwin Renee ensured that the numbing was complete before I received any shots and for the first time I didn’t even feel them. “February 28th this year I was struck in the face with a 60mph baseball. This caused some extensive damage to my lip and teeth. Every single dentist I went to told me I had no other options but to pull the affected teeth. Dentures at 33 years old just didn’t sit right with me (I know some people have no other options and by no means look down on them) I just knew there were other options. If someone would just listen to me. On a whim I called dental zone, I had to leave a VM. I received a call back from the sweetest person ever. Her name is Niki. She took the time over the phone to listen to me. To listen to every detail of the accident, to every detail of what I wanted the outcome to be. I went in the office and everyone. I mean everyone was so sweet and thoughtful. They all seemed to truly be compassionate knowing I just experienced a very traumatic accident. It was a long process to get everything perfect, but what’s time when you can get your smile back. I have yet to stop smiling since I left the office. Dr. Leigh, her assistant and Niki gave me a part of my life back and I will forever be thankful! I couldn’t recommend this office more! They are simply AMAZING!“
