I first met Lisa when I was dealing with arm and shoulder pain for about 6 months. After 2 months of PT and no relief, I sought her out for a therapeutic massage. It was not a “relaxing” massage, it was a healing massage and I was shocked that a few days later, the pain was gone. She is a miracle worker and will always be my first call for future needs. She also has an in-office sauna that I use regularly and I’m so grateful to have a welcoming and affordable place to support my physical and mental wellbeing!
