    Excellent response time and communication regarding service. Victor and Jacob were great service providers, answered my questions and gave suggestions for future service. Further, Jacob responded to a text 2 hours after service completion, answering my concerns thoroughly.

    We live by the lake and our sewage ejector pump alarm went off early on a Friday morning. I did my normal maintenance checks and realized by 9am I had a problem I could not fix.

    Called 6-7 plumbers and found NO one willing to come or even diagnose the problem before Wednesday. I am 66 years old and the last thing I wanted to do was tell my wife that we couldn’t take showers, wash clothes or dishes, use the bathroom or run water for at least five days.

    I then called NuBlue and they quickly agreed to come out first thing Monday morning.

    Darron came out when my water heater froze due to the record breaking winter storm. He was sympathetic with my situation and worked with me to find a solution. He even took extra time to meticulously document all the damage so I could successfully have my replacement water heater covered by my homeowner’s insurance. Darron and his colleague Raul installed the replacement that day and I was back with hot water with minimal impact. I am pleased with Darron and Raul for their professionalism and helpfulness and will ask for them again if I need plumbing work done.
